Mr. Haines currently lives in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Haines currently practices in the areas of personal injury, bankruptcy law, family law, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. He graduated from Ithaca College in 1992 (B.A.) and from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 1999 (J.D.).

Prior to joining Haines & Krieger, LLC, Mr. Haines was a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey Chancery Division, Family Part to the Honorable George E. Sabbath, J.S.C.

Mr. Haines then worked for the law firm of Pearce, Vort & Fleisig, L.L.C. in New Jersey where he practiced in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, personal injury and commercial litigation.

Mr. Haines thereafter worked with the preeminent firm of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., in New York City and Morristown New Jersey. While at Porzio Mr. Haines represented various Fortune 500 companies and dedicated most of his practice to Mass Tort, Toxic Tort, Class Action and Pharmaceutical litigation.

Mr. Haines' experiences allow him to effectively advocate for a wide range of client issues while achieving optimal results.
